We are an innovative award-winning boutique building company run by husband & wife, Aileen & Eoghan Grant.
Our personal and professional partnership thrives on Eoghan’s building ability and Aileen’s keen attention to detail.
When we’re not on site, we enjoy beachside living with our two children and our much-loved site dog, Lucy.
We specialise in custom architectural homes, as well as alterations and additions, with a strong focus on design integrity and attention to detail. At our core, we believe building is grounded in strong relationships, hard work, quality materials, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
