Blueprint Projects works in close consultation with you and your architect to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly and as per your instruction. The Blueprint’s team, will take your vision off the architect’s drawing board and bring it to life.

Who we are
The Blueprint Projects Team is headed by husband and wife, Eoghan and Aileen Grant. Both Eoghan and Aileen work daily in the business, each with their own role to deliver the projects at hand. The dynamic duo are backed by Site Manager Will Noble, Contracts Administrator Shubham Joshi and Admin and Accounts Sharon York.
Eoghan Grant
Eoghan Grant has been a Licensed NSW Builder since 2011 and along with his wife, established Blueprint Projects Pty in 2015. Eoghan has a been engaged in the NSW Construction industry since 2002 and has held a number of site and office-based roles since that time. These roles included Site Foreman, Contracts Administrator and culminated with a 4.5 year period as a Project Manager with one of NSW’s most eminent and successful construction companies. Eoghan obtained a Masters in Construction Management from UNSW in 2010.
When Eoghan isn’t on site, he is coaching our local Curl Curl knights team during the winter.
Aileen Grant
Aileen Grant is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and worked for KPMG in Ireland before moving to Australia. Aileen has held a number of roles with several Sydney based business SMES as their Chief accountant before joining Blueprints on a full-time basis. Aileen has valuable experience in operating the Financial and Administrative sides of the Business.
Aileen works very closely with our clients, architects, and designers during each build ensuring projects are delivered to plan. Her attention to detail and great sense of humour assists no end on site especially with our long-standing trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
