The Blueprint Projects Team is headed by husband and wife, Eoghan and Aileen Grant. Both Eoghan and Aileen work daily in the business, each with their own role to deliver the projects at hand.
The dynamic duo is backed by our leading hands Jack and Liam and the team of diligent carpenters.
Our Team.
Eoghan Grant
Eoghan Grant has been a Licensed NSW Builder since 2011 and, together with his wife, founded Blueprint Projects Pty Ltd in 2015. He has been actively involved in the NSW construction industry since 2002, gaining experience across both site and office-based roles. His career has progressed through positions including Site Foreman and Contracts Administrator, culminating in a 4.5-year tenure as a Project Manager with one of NSW’s most respected and successful construction companies. Eoghan also holds a master’s degree in construction management from UNSW, completed in 2010.
Eoghan is pragmatic, calm, and solutions-driven in his approach. He is deeply committed to aligning design intent with construction excellence, working closely with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure every detail is executed with precision. He believes that exceptional homes are built on strong partnerships, clear communication, and a disciplined, hands-on approach from concept through to completion.
Aileen Grant
Aileen Grant is a qualified Chartered Accountant who began her career with KPMG in Ireland before relocating to Australia. She has held a number of senior finance roles with Sydney-based SMEs, working as a Chief Accountant prior to joining Blueprint Projects full-time. Aileen brings extensive experience in managing the financial and administrative operations of the business.
She works closely with clients, architects, and designers throughout each project, helping to ensure builds are delivered in line with expectations. Her diligence, organisation, and sense of humour are invaluable on site, particularly in fostering strong relationships with our long-standing trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Aileen plays a key role in bridging construction and communication—supporting the delivery of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail with the help of systems like Wunderbuild, along with plenty of calls, emails, and coffee. And on some days, an Irish coffee is well deserved.
Site SupervisorJack
Our experienced Site Supervisor, Jack, brings an unrivalled work ethic and a calm, composed demeanour to every project. His leadership has contributed to the successful delivery of numerous builds with Blueprint Projects.
Jack’s “get it done” attitude creates a positive and productive energy on site, reflected in the strong, mutually respectful relationships he maintains with our trades, suppliers, and team.
He approaches each project with genuine respect for all involved, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his young family and friends, while also furthering his qualifications at TAFE as he works towards obtaining his builder’s licence.
Site Supervisor Liam
Liam is our award-winning Apprentice of the Year 2025 and now a Site Supervisor, recognised for his outstanding diligence and work ethic. He has a strong attention to detail and takes particular interest in specifications, demonstrating a clear focus on building documentation and project accuracy.
Having completed his builder’s licence course last year, Liam is now working towards obtaining his builder’s licence. He consistently embraces new challenges and is committed to learning and improving every day.
Outside of work, Liam enjoys diving with friends and spending time on holidays with family and friends.
