Blueprint Projects use both fixed price and cost plus contracts
All contracts are fully documented and administered. Client site meetings are held each fortnight.
We present a detailed tender proposal, together with our trades and supplier pricing.
We find the more detailed plans and scope we have at quoting time the more accurate our pricing will be.
We pride ourselves on being open and honest and the open book policy we have results in a great client builder relationship, which equates to getting the job done on time.
Each tender proposal receives a detailed program of works- this is updated and updated throughout the build.
