Project Description: Here’s our recent renovation of this grand wide-fronted terrace in Woollahra. The new writers seat overlooking the stunning views of centennial park was such a great addition!
This classic Victorian home features a spacious tri level layout and north-facing courtyard.
This terrace built in 1890 now has had a lift installed that services all floors, The lift gives a modern functional twist and is a forever home for all age demographics.
The attic bedroom with Shaker Cabinetry, Spotted Gum Hardwood floating shelving and desk areas, sand blasted exposed original beams give this room great warmth and character together with the custom wedge lighting.
The Ensuite Bathroom through the walk in wardrobe with push open custom mirror shaving cabinets shaker cabinetry, spotted gum solid hardwood detail and some beautiful stone will make this bathroom stand the test of time for years to come.
